R-Delta has moved their corporate headquarters to 618 Main Street in Garland, Texas. The turn of
the century building served as Garland's first movie
theater and our renovation began in March, 2000.
Architect Ron Hobbs, AIA designed a complete interior remodel to create a blend of old and new. Innovative
treatment of lighting, A/C ductwork, wall finishes, and interior layout make this space both functional
and striking. 6000 linear feet of conduit was installed
under a new flooring system to provide electric,
voice and data connections to all work areas.
